I made a new patient appointment. Was running 7min late and couldn’t get through to a live person to let them know and then when I got there I was told they wouldn’t see me because I was late and didn’t have my old medicine bottles. People go out their way for their appointments to just turn away a patient especially a new patient who’s been waiting a while trying to get in over medicine that I had pictures of is horrible customer service.
