RecommendedI just had my second stay in a month. Everyone was great. Same as before. Different staff on this room but all were professional and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable. Food was still good. Nice being pampered. And they laughed at my silliness. They were very open explaining what was going on and answering my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. This was my first experience with Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. I had day surgery on my back yesterday. I was extremely pleased with every member of the staff that worked on my case. Everyone was very caring and helpful. When I started coming around in recovery, a nurse was immediately beside me to check for any pain or discomfort. I couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you Dr Dan Bhatka and the entire surgical team for a wonderful experience this morning for my foot surgery. Also, to my pre-op nurse, Shannon. What a wonderful group of medical professionals. My anesthesiologist was super, funny and very personable. Thank you for being understanding and making me feel comfortable. Kiddos to everyone for making my time with you a wonderful experience. Thanks also to Bobbi my recovery nurse. For not rushing me and making sure I was ready to go home! 🤣🤣
My mother in law has had nothing but problems getting heart surgery. They schedule it & then it either gets moved up or delayed. Today time was delayed & then they were prepping her & Dr’s case got complicated & surgery got cancelled & rescheduled for tomorrow. Nothing ever happens when they say it is. Not good on a heart patient.
One of the best ERs I have ever experienced. My daughters needs were met and her care was excellent. We were very impressed how well things were run in the ER. Keep up the great care!
Excellent ER! Prompt attention to my son, complaining of chest pains. Doctors were very responsive to his needs and my concerns as were all the nurses. My children won’t be going to any other ER but this one!
