Every since they saved my life i only wanna go there very much so the best hospital i ever been too great caring staff and top notch doctors
This is the 3rd time, within 18 months, that I've had to have surgery here at MMMC. The staff is first class, & always willing to put in the extra effort. My stay is, and has been, very comfortable. Dr Jeremy Parcells' bedside manner is top shelf, and his appreciation to his patients is second to none.
It took a long time to get test done or get results. Was there 7 hours. Grandson broke arm and guessing you have stupid doctors because you can't fix it. Have to take him to a specialist. Maybe you have to hire real doctors. Or are you just money grubbing jerks that are more concerned about how much money you can squeeze than caring about people?
Need to work on wait times and front customer / patient compassion . Need more ER beds and not put inpatient overflow in ER beds , by the is a compliance issue to do so . No sense of urgency . Need more nurses . Horrible experiences 4 times .
Left the same way we came in pain. No relief...nada. Very dissapointed.
