I would highly recommend this company - we had a great experience with them. Our first point of contact was with Russell who came over to go through the various bits and pieces we wanted doing (erection of new and repair of old gates and fences). Very helpful fencing staff pleasant and helpful good prices and clean snd tidy after works
At first consideration, the supply and erection of a 2m palisade fence around 2 sides of a 4+ acre estate sounded relatively easy. However, the uneven sloping ground, numerous trees growing on the ideal fence lines and then heavy rain on the 2 days of installation compounded the difficulties. Yet Metafence made it look an everyday task. The fence is built and finished to a high standard, the hard-working employees were pleasant and polite, and left no mess. Altogether a satisfying project undertaken at a good value price.
Russell and his team have done an amazing job of replacing my fence. The quote was very reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. Russell visited on the first day to double check what I wanted and then Jordan and Calum (x2) got started straight away. They were polite (to me and my neighbours - one of which can be difficult) and worked very quickly. They cleaned everything up afterwards and were respectful and trustworthy. Graeme has been professional from the first meeting onwards. His knowledge of all the rules & regulations surrounding electric gates, as well as providing an excellent product, has made the whole process an easy one. There was a slight hiccup with the gates initially; the speed of the problem being sorted, as well as the finished result, cannot be faulted. Sometimes things happen - the mark of a company is how it deals with it! Thoroughly recommend.
