I first met Matt as my cricket team physio at university and have continued working with him years post my studies. As I recovered from a serious stress fracture injury in my lower back, he was there with me every step of the way

I visited Matt for a knee injury that had been plaguing me for over a year that was gradually getting worse with continued strength training and sports. Matt was quick to diagnose the issue as quad tendinopathy and gave me a tailored rehabilitation programme to strengthen the tendon and reduce the pain. Matt was superb with my son, apart from being a great physiotherapist he can also speak the 'teenage' language resulting in my son feeling comfortable to express how he was struggling with his injury. After four sessions of physio and exercises to do at home he is pain free and confident with moving forward. Highly recommended.
