Poor communication, had my roof done last year although I am happy with the results the lack of communication lets the company down. Had a problem with my roof in November last year, took 2 weeks for the lad to reply to my message and then still today hasn’t opened up my message when he asked where the problem was.

This company responded immediately to my urgent request on Trust a Trader, then spent the next 2 weeks making appointments to come to view the work, but on all 4 occasions failing to show up, despite my having given them more than one opportunity to suggest I try elsewhere if they could not accommodate my job. No explanations and no apologies. Avoid.

What can I say these guys are amazing, so professional, in work and mannerisms, these guys do everything so definitely use them, I’ve had suck bad experiences with so called work men I actually lost faith it the trades, But honestly couldn’t thank these guys another for there work..

I have a Georgian house on Rodney street. Most company’s refused the job as it’s too tall, Mersey roofing fixed the slates and replaced the slates and the leaks have finally stopped. Excellent service, these guys clearly know that they are doing. Mathew
