Disappointing level of communication, despite numerous calls and emails regarding a couple of properties, very little or no response by means of follow up and my request for viewings have been ignored, I can only assume this is due to the fact that I don’t require their in-house mortgage services hence I am not deemed a priority ‘Hot customer’ as we all understand ‘kickbacks’ from mortgage applications is a very lucrative business.
Susan is amazing! She is super professional and truly takes an interest in your needs as a buyer. She has been an absolute superstar and has made my house buying experience finally end on a high after not so great experiences with other agencies. Susan is a true asset to Merryweathers, Rotherham and I am so grateful for all she has done for my and my family helping us secure our new home. Thanks again Sue!
