They charge double the price of the going average rate for domestic housekeepers as the usual rate is around £35-£40 for a two hour clean per fortnight they wanted to charge me £76 per clean per fortnight with the first clean being £86 for a two bedroom semidetached small house in Chesterton. I needed an end of tenancy spring clean. Two very pleasant ladies turned up on time as agreed and worked tirelessly leaving the premises spotlessly clean. Great job and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Using Merry Maids has taken such a weight off our shoulders. They are thorough, efficient and reliable. It’s a shame we didn’t start using them a long time ago!

Quality of cleaning is good but communication between management and the cleaners seems to get lost. Some of the cleaners can be quite rude. Inconsistent time for cleaning. £97 for 1.5 hours cleaning by two people seems very steep.

I have been a customer for several years and very happy with the efficient and reliable service provided. Staff are also always cheerful and polite.
