I tried this house cleaning company twice, hoping the second visit would improve after the first cleaning ended up being horrible. After the initial visit, I contacted management to report the issues. They sent out a different crew for the next scheduled cleaning, but the results were just as bad as the first time. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability—no refund and nothing was offered to make the situation right. Overall, very poor service and customer care. I would not recommend this company.

Avoid Merry Maids of Marietta – Dishonest Pricing and Poor Quality We had a very disappointing experience with Merry Maids of Marietta. They required us to schedule a deep cleaning, which they quoted online at $324 and later confirmed over the phone would be $305. One star only because I received a refund. Before scheduling service, I spoke with a representative who clearly confirmed that their standard cleaning would include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down appliances and surfaces. Unfortunately, this isn’t what I received as the service I received was completely unacceptable. On the day of the appointment, the only communication I received was when they broke my property. Service was mediocre at best. I paid almost $500 for a deep clean and they only spent 2 1/2 hours for the deep clean. They did not clean baseboards, ceiling fans, or blinds. My furniture was cleaned with a generic bottle of solution labeled soapy water. I paid $50 extra for the oven to be cleaned and she literally took a rag and wiped it out. We do not recommend! We ordered a deep clean service We spoke with Cindy They arrived 2 hours late The deep clean does not exist They wiped down and vacuumed I called them back and said clean again The owner Jeff got involved it was worse He spoke to me like I was nothing I paid $445 for the service you see in the picture I would have paid more money and tipped This company and the owner needs to close ASAP Stop ripping people off If you see Cindy show up trust me nothing will get done.
