Service was mediocre at best. I paid almost $500 for a deep clean and they only spent 2 1/2 hours for the deep clean. They did not clean baseboards, ceiling fans, or blinds. My furniture was cleaned with a generic bottle of solution labeled soapy water. I paid $50 extra for the oven to be cleaned and she literally took a rag and wiped it out. We do not recommend! We ordered a deep clean service We spoke with Cindy They arrived 2 hours late The deep clean does not exist They wiped down and vacuumed I called them back and said clean again The owner Jeff got involved it was worse He spoke to me like I was nothing I paid $445 for the service you see in the picture I would have paid more money and tipped This company and the owner needs to close ASAP Stop ripping people off If you see Cindy show up trust me nothing will get done. In an effort not to slander this company, I do not recommend
I have been using Merry maids for past 1 year. I like this company due to the small conveniences such as being able to chat with a single point of contact always, ability to reschedule or skip cleaning a month if needed through text, reasonable pricing (You would think Merry Maids will charge more than other individual cleaners, but no. Their pricing is similar to any other.), payments being deducted automatically through credit card on file after each service, being able to text the tip amount I wish to give & it being dedu... read more
