I can not praise these solicitors enough. I used them for selling my house. The two solicitors involved where Rebecca Trotter and Beth Dennis. They where absolute superstars. Communication was excellent. Every email sent was answered quickly. They are both asset to this firm.
We went through here for the sale and purchase of our new property. Beth was particularly helpful and always happy to answer our questions. She got back to us quickly and always felt like we had support. Thank you!

Five stars is not enough to rate our experience with Lucy Skelton at Merritts. She has been an amazing support to us dealing with our conveyancing. Very professional and always one step ahead of our buyers Solicitor. Lucy kept us informed of the process from start to finish and also explained things that we didn't understand. We cannot recommend this lady enough and wouldn't hesitate to contact her again if we were to buy or sell a property.
Quite simple really, don't use them.
