While the Dr is good his staff does not return calls. In February I was told I needed a treatment that required authorization and someone would cal mel. I’ve called every two weeks for 5 months and rarely get to speak to anyone. When I do I’m told it’s not their fault. I’ve asked to speak with the Dr and am denied.

Excellent care very professional, explains each procedure and medication, friendly and attentive staff
I came in with some hair and acne issues. Dr. Merrick put me at ease and gave me some great advise on how to take my medications and what I can do for prevention. Overall, a great visit and I am excited to return for a follow-up to see my progress.

Dr. Elias, was very attentive and great at explaining. Isabel was extremely nice and accommodating!
i felt that Dr. Elias spend enough time to listen to my mdical history. the rest of the staff are very accomodating
