Horrible Experience – Unclear, Excessive Charges & No Transparency! If I could give zero stars, I would. Merrco, owned by Kort Payments, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We canceled our account on January 29, 2025, with written confirmation, yet they continued withdrawing money from our bank account—$19.29 on February 5 and an outrageous $58.13 on March 5. It took them 4 months to cancel my account. They were hard to get ahold of, said they'd contact me and didn't, said it would take only a couple of days and it didn't, and refuse to refund the hundreds of dollars of processing fees and monthly subscription fees charged during the time that no funds were being processed and while I was trying to cancel my account! They ghosted me 4 times. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
