This place is really waste of time and energy. From the get go I was promised an apartment which I liked, and then later was told it was not available and this happened about 3 times. If you think that's bad you are in for a ride. Getting in contact with their team was almost impossible. The lady who was meant to be processing my application just ghosted. when I finally got everything in order they miscalculated my rent and tried to overcharge. I've lived in Merlin for a year. The building is well taken care of. The process of logging and getting issues attended to is straight forward. The staff are friendly and helpful. Deliveries go to reception where you can collect in your own time. The gym contains the basics, there's some outdoor equipment as well. There's a podium area with a few benches and a good view of the canal. No issues with power water and the free Internet. Walking distance from the City center and the Tesco superstore.
