I have rented a flat via this agency and I'm more than happy with the help and service provided. My agent, Usman Nawaz has been really helpful and always willing to assist and resolve any issues.
Pleasant staff and they are helpful. Just one comment about the website. It would really help if the website only showed available properties or marked clearly ones have been taken. Properties saying "let" reads to me it's available. It would even help if the description said let agreed.
I have only rented with Merlin Cooper for 11 months. Even though my time with them was short, my family and I were well taken care of. Usman Nawaz has been absolutely amazing. Always pleasant, no matter the issues he gets it resolved immediately or give me a solution via phone. He always kept me updated on any updates with the property and upon moving, he made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Merlin Cooper to any family or friend.
Worst agency ever! my flatmate and i still didn’t get our deposit back after four months due to the landlord saying that one month payment was missing. my friend and i have tried to contact both of them for four months and they have never replied at the point where i had to hire a lawyer. however the agency was very responsive and pushy when they had to find new tenants at the point where more than once they were sending people with a few hours notice.
