While not being a regular, I have some time at nights on occasion and have to say the premises are very clean, shout out to the staff there in particular to the lady with pink hair, I wasn't lucky on the machines but the atmosphere was good 👍
The venue itself has a modern, welcoming vibe with plenty of the latest slot machines and gaming options to keep things exciting. If I had the option to give 0 stars, that would be better. Don't ever play at these Merkür Casinos. I lost 900 pounds today. This is a disgrace. I don't want anyone else to suffer the same fate. Stay away from this casino. 1 star is even too much.
If you have no card have why you people do advertising i go every day but slough venues not give a card .every time Slough branch says card finished what the hell of this i live in southall I come to because you sent everyday sms me but i feel very bad when i go and staff say sorry i have no card .please don’t waste our time this is not good
