I came back playing again after I self excluded for a year,nothing changes is the same script,you just getting robbed as the machines are rigged! I was playing same machine for two weeks in row almost every day and I complained about to the staff who doesn’t care,they just kick you out of the shop and tell you they cannot deal with your complaints,this is the worse merkur casino in whole London,avoid these scammers as isn’t worth it

Keep telling me o disturbing me don't touch the machine o push it😭 I say okay 😭😭😭😭 I understand but she doesn't stop After happen I'm to upset I lost my focus I have 150 cash inside the machine I tell my self it's ok you lost everything & I never come again this shop I feel to unhappy 😭 Please avoid this place ungrateful staff The service 0/10 not recommended
