Wife goes in the endyke branch in hull, has on a couple of occasions, had to wait for her winnings, with an I owe you voucher, as insufficient funds on the premises, this is disgusting, if you win you should, be payed out there and then, also people are ushered out into the cold while they fill and do there checks, and let back in again after about half an hour, the place is run on a budget it seems, and this has happened to so many others, beware 😭
