I had a deeply concerning experience at this venue. The security and staff actively tried to provoke a reaction out of me, displaying a completely hostile attitude. When they realized I remained calm and refused to take their bait, they resorted to insulting me in Romanian, assuming I wouldn’t understand. A low-class casino, run by people without a minimum of education or professionalism! The staff speaks casually to the customers, and an employee named Andreea has a downright insensitive behavior — she comes and harasses customers who play quietly. Instead of doing her job, she allows herself to make "the law" with our money.
