Absolutely awful experience at Mercer Slots in Clapham at around 12:30am on 17 June. My friend and I visited for the first time intending to spend money and play the games. As soon as we walked in, a staff member named Cherine immediately began questioning us in a rude and hostile manner. Before we had even done anything, she asked whether we were there to use the toilet or play.
