No money left in the pay out machine I was told I have to wait for engineer to fix and to come back later in the week. I’m on holiday so this will be a challenge now.
Tonight they have run out of cash again, check they have enough money to pay out winnings if you are unable to return. Staff were sympathetic but were unable to do anything to resolve the situation. I find it unbelievable that the company is prepared to inconvenience customers regularly.

Not great, over the course of a few visits just shy of 2 grand wasted on their machines, one session of about 35 min and 700 quid in with no shot at a pot bonus on Rainbow Riches, pretty sure their not legit tbh.
