Really poor standard of care, we've experienced everything others have said in their reviews. Care tasks not being completed, front door left unlocked, quick in/out care calls. The office staff are rude and any complaints made previously haven't been resolved. They lack consideration for our family members home and leave it in a mess, dirty laundry on the floor ect. The care calls are not consistent or in-line with relatives preference. They've caused so much stress. We wish we never went with them.
Absolutely shocking care company carers have been taken photos with out consent of patient or patient family care team are claiming they are doing tasks but we have photo evidence that they aren’t missed medication ride carers rude managers no communication
One carer came ,never took her coat off there 10 minutes.also Uber worker , coming with his bike and fitting in care. Breakfast made and left on a table while the person is on the commode.so they get away quicker
I’ll never be able to thank this fantastic company for the last year, whilst my Dad has been in their care at Summer Court. Nothing ....and I mean nothing was any bother for them. Making extra checks on my Dad when I felt he wasn’t quite himself. Carers always willing to spend a few minutes in their busy day to chat about my Dad’s very well lived life, and how charming he was, I’m sure he won a few hearts! The silver fox!! Meritum have been providing excellent home care for my disabled mum for over a year now. I thought they deserved a good review as I am so pleased with the care they provide. Their staff are wonderfully reliable, cheerful and well trained. The admin team are well organised and very helpful. Well done Meritum
