great place to live! Mandi is a great manager. beautiful property and pet friendly. great neighbors that look out for each other.
With living at Meritage for a while there's been ups and downs. I can say now with the new management things are getting done and work orders are getting complete. I would recommend looking at the meritage apartments and seeing if it's a great fit for you, they have been for me and my little family. They allow small dogs which is wonderful.
This is a nice, safe place. The complex is kept up and the staff is great to work with. If you enjoy wine tasting, you are minutes away from many good ones. Shopping is close by as well.
It is a well managed community where both young and old can live comfortably The grounds are well maintained with paths for a leisurely stroll. There is access to the Lodi Bus system and Lodi Lake is just minutes away. I truly enjoy living here.
