It has been a blessing for me, moving from a home to apartment, I feel happy and comfortable in my 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment with a nice backyard. The manager, Marianne, and maintenance manager Jorge have been there to handle every maintenance detail, that have been few. I’m so happy I found this complex, I feel safe and at home.

You won't find a better apartment complex! I continue to renew my lease for several reasons. The office staff are knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will find it! The maintenance team are quick to respond, polite and respectful to you and your home. The landscapers keep the grounds clean and take pride in their work. There are many laundry rooms which are always in working condition and are very affordable. You couldn't ask for a better location. I have lived here since May, and I have been very happy. I had an issue with the laundry room key and an outlet in my bedroom; I emailed Mandi in the morning before work, and when I checked my email at work at noon, she had already responded, asking if maintenance could come in that day. I gave her permission and when I came home from work, I had a new laundry key and all of the outlets in both bedrooms had been replaced! They also left a really cute note on my kitchen table.
