The apartments here are great, for the most part the neighbors are great, management and maintenance has taken care of every issue we've had no questions asked. Lots of trees and greenery, and lots of natural shade. Very dog friendly, we love going on walks around the property and there are plenty of dog waste stations all over so no matter where my dog goes, I can clean up after her. Would definitely reccomend Meritage to anyone looking to move to Lodi!

The best service for tenant, quick repairs on plumbing , appliances...special on HVAC & keep landscapes nice & clean very nice apt for living here
I have lived here since May, and I have been very happy. I had an issue with the laundry room key and an outlet in my bedroom; I emailed Mandi in the morning before work, and when I checked my email at work at noon, she had already responded, asking if maintenance could come in that day. I gave her permission and when I came home from work, I had a new laundry key and all of the outlets in both bedrooms had been replaced! They also left a really cute note on my kitchen table.
