They carried out repairs to my roof, which seemed alright, until I found water in the loft. When I called them to let them know, they said they would come to my home in the next few days as a wife had a new baby ( not my problem), I heard nothing so called them again two days later, it went to voicemail so I left a voicemail asking them to call me, and a WhatsApp message, almost 2 weeks later still no response. They are very interested in getting your money but after they got it they don’t want to know
