Verified Renter Great maintenance and location. The white loop bus stop is incredibly convenient. The building is clean and relatively worth the cost. There is only one laundry room on the first floor which can be inconvenient but there is a good number of machines.

Verified Renter I really liked living at the meridian. My favorite part about the meridian is that the office always had fun things for the residents. My favorite was the finals breakfast every semester.

Verified Renter I've very much enjoyed living at the Meridian. I lived in the third building which was very nice because it's only 3 floors with two elevators so there was never any waiting. Maintenance was always so helpful and very nice, they were always very quick to fix any issues submitted in our resident portal. Parking was convenient but the only issue I had with that is that many of the parking spaves are extremely small, most of the time I would only have space to open my drivers side door. The Meridian Meridian on College Avenue is a great place to live as a college student. The employees are extremely friendly and kind. This is my second year living at the Meridian and they have been nothing but accommodating with things around the building. When we send maintenance orders in, we hear back from them or have someone come to our apartment by the day's end. The company is always cleaning up the building, cleaning the floors, emptying the hallway trash, and cleaning the elevators. The management is always promoti... read more

The Meridian The meridian is a pretty standard college apartment. i lived there for 2 years and had a decent experience. it had lots of flaws including leaky ceiling as we were on the 9th floor and elevators constantly breaking, but overall it wasn't bad for a penn state apartment
