Verified Renter Great maintenance and location. The white loop bus stop is incredibly convenient. The building is clean and relatively worth the cost. There is only one laundry room on the first floor which can be inconvenient but there is a good number of machines.

Verified Renter I've very much enjoyed living at the Meridian. I lived in the third building which was very nice because it's only 3 floors with two elevators so there was never any waiting. Maintenance was always so helpful and very nice, they were always very quick to fix any issues submitted in our resident portal. Parking was convenient but the only issue I had with that is that many of the parking spaves are extremely small, most of the time I would only have space to open my drivers side door.
