Verified Renter So far so good! Its been one week and all seems good so far. We had a good move in experience and no issues with anything. The parking spots are very small but other than that, all good.

Verified Renter All the neighbors are great people. Living here is a great location for my classes, and the bus stop right outside helps me go from one end of campus to the other fast.

Verified Renter Loved the place great spot to come with people if you have a group of 4 and need to room together for sophmore or junior year however it will become apparent if the habits of your roomates and depending if your not close enough can become a terrible experience but I had such a great time and grew closer with my roomates heavily suggest

Verified Renter Enjoyed my stay, however some issues were there. My a/c unit exploded twice during thunderstorms and heavy rain. fortunately nothing caught fire, just a blast of sparks. Washing and dryer room had multiple fires throughout the year as well. No parking for visitors anywhere
