Verified Renter There is a good amount of space and the overall quality is good for the price. It's one of the cheaper options for off-campus housing at Penn State and me and my roommates have enjoyed it so far. The fitness center is very small and the laundry machines only take quarters which are the main downsides.

Verified Renter Very spacious with a nice kitchen. Small bathroom but is manageable with the double sinks right outside. Only downside is the poor wifi in the furthest room from the living room.

The location is great for the price, as the shuttle makes it easy to get to campus and it is just a bit of a walk to get anywhere downtown. It's a good place for a college student looking for a convenient and comfortable place to live.

Verified Renter Great overall apartment with AC in all rooms. Good amount of space in the living room and bedrooms. Maintenance is pretty fast and efficient. Convenient bus stop on property as well.
