Verified Renter The Meridian on College Avenue is a great place to live! The residents are all considerate of one another, the staff is amazing, there are community events very often, and even a bus stop attached to the building!

Verified Renter Overall pretty great for the price. Bus stop is convenient but can still walk to campus. Little bits of damage or aging here and there. Smaller room is a bit too small for two people.

Verified Renter It’s nice here, good place to go to college and close to the campus. It’s clean and the staff are really nice as well. I think it’s a good place for first time living on your own

Verified Renter Overall, a very good experience. The apartment is functional, the appliances work great, the furniture is comfortable, and it is spacious enough for 4 roommates. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to any requests and handles them very well. An added bonus is that the Meridian holds many things such as breakfast during finals week and a free voucher for an entree at a food truck.

Verified Renter I have had a great experience so far! Very friendly staff and helpful! They have many community events and provide free merch! They also accommodated my friends and I to live very close to one another within the building.
Verified Renter Meridian is tough. I heavily mess w it. It's clean, staff is nice, rooms are large, and location is ideal. Only gripe is that laundry machines are often taken up.
