Verified Renter Great experience, friendly staff, fast maintenance. Apartments are nice, maintenance is efficient and fast. The gym is small but good for a quick workout and easy to access. Study rooms are also very helpful.

Verified Renter Overall, I had a great 3 years at the Meridian! It is obvious that management values their tenants. However, we occasionally had maintenance come into our apartment without warning. I think the building needs more dryers in the laundry room and an upgrade to the appliances in general. Better amenities would attract more residents!

Verified Renter Rooms could be updated a bit. The carpets had stains on them and were hard to vacuum. The shower barely drained and had bug problems. The toilet got black mold and it was cleaned multiple times. Shower heads need to be updated.

Verified Renter i like staying at the meridian. the size of the rooms are not bad and have good access to kitchen and bathroom. i like having one of the main bus stops near as well.
