Verified Renter So far so good, minimal issues living here, undoubtedly much better than the dorm life last year. The lease renewal reward also a good surprise.

Verified Renter The only downside of living at the Meridian is doing laundry. If they offered in unit washing machines and a few more modern looks it would be perfect.

Verified Renter Staff have been so nice and helpful. The price to live here is also very reasonable, and would recommended highly for PSU students. The parking here is also a great perk.

Verified Renter Overall pretty great for the price. Bus stop is convenient but can still walk to campus. Little bits of damage or aging here and there. Smaller room is a bit too small for two people.
