The Meridian Meridian on College Avenue is a great place to live as a college student. The employees are extremely friendly and kind. This is my second year living at the Meridian and they have been nothing but accommodating with things around the building. When we send maintenance orders in, we hear back from them or have someone come to our apartment by the day's end. The Meridian The meridian is a pretty standard college apartment. i lived there for 2 years and had a decent experience. it had lots of flaws including leaky ceiling as we were on the 9th floor and elevators constantly breaking, but overall it wasn't bad for a penn state apartment
