I came to purchase this chair from Meridian via ChatGPT looking for a chair to alleviate a nagging hip. In what felt like a leap of faith I purchased the chair in the picture and feel I’ve found a new best friend. Great selection and one of the few to have what I was looking for in a specific colour. Nicole couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to arrange shipping to Ireland for the small box, outside of their usual process, offering help and ideas. Excellent customer service, wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend Meridian from my experience with them.
Excellent choice of items/furniture, easy to use website and safe ordering. Very good communications, easy to contact and good information on the timescale for my draw unit arriving. The Pedestal I bought arrived safely and in excellent condition, easy to add the feet and handles and of good overall quality. Very happy to recommend and deal with again.
