0* services! Pathetic service! They can't do anything correctly. Don't bother using this services. Unless you want to be charged additional fees!
Parcel sent overnight and 5 days later still hasn’t arrived. Promise of delivery time and date not kept, called numerous times, no answer, web enquiry and emails not responded to. Would not use this service due to failed timescales without explanation or information.
Customer service was absolutely awful, had a package we were shipping for 10 days and waited until the day it needed to leave before asking for important details. Ki sent passive aggressive emails to our customer regarding our product knowledge after providing the details he needed. Would not recommend using these to anyone.
