First of all the front desk receptionist Martha is awesome. I only know her name but the other young ladies are awesome as well. My hygienist Bridget is the best. The Battles family loves our dental home !
Most painful cleaning I have ever had. It had been a year since last cleaning but that is no excuse for the scraping on my gums and poking. Did not explain to me what she was doing before I was poked and scraped.
Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Dr. Trager answered all of my questions and explained things clearly. I was looking for a dentist after moving to the area and I think I found a good one!
No complaints. Always a pleasant visit.
Dr Baylis and his assistant was wonderful
Dr. Bayless is great. He's friendly and is always clear about what exactly is going on.
This was my daughters first visit and it went very well. First off Kim who works at the front desk went above and beyond to help our appointment flow easily. I've never seen someone take such care and consideration for a patient. She was kind to my little girl and followed up with us and we got everything taken care of in one visit because of her.
