Everyone was very friendly... I've been with Meridian Dental for many years and there have been lots of new faces. Everyone works as a team. I did miss Ms. Martha.... Hello to her. Thanks and I will see you again!
I'd left several years back due to the convenience of another location and their hours. What I discovered was that the convenience wasn't worth the lack of a comprehensive exam. Since my return I am reminded at what I have missed and couldn't be happier to be back with a well organized and thorough team. So happy to be back at Meridian Dental Center! They now have extended hours too!!
It was an enjoyable visit, glad to have choosen Meridian Dental Center.
Everyone in this office is always polite and ready to assist. I would have liked to have known my full treatment plan once I left the office on my last visit however.
I met two new care givers yesterday. My new hygienist and doctor. Leigh and Dr. Thomas both made me feel very welcome. I have no complaints. The cleaning, x-rays and exam went well. The ladies at the desk explained the follow up care along with financial responsibility clearly and I received a copy of the plan. I would feel better if there weren't so many new faces every time, but if my caregivers are the same each time I will be satisfied. Respectfully, Duane R. Folzenlogel
