The dental assistant was very nice, fast, and friendly. She was awesome. The staff was very professional and patient and helped make the experience pleasing.
Great team of people, there is a home atmosphere and I love coming here, where most people hate to go to the dentist I love it, as the staff always do what they can to make your visit pain free :)
I called this office for general information two days ago. The receptionist was upbeat, helpful and very informative. She provided every bit of information I was looking for. She scheduled me an appointment the very next day! I was so impressed with all of the staff and with the dentist. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this team. They are an outstanding group!
Everyone was very polite and friendly.
Only complaint is I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I walked up to the counter and stood for about 1-2 minutes watching an employee scroll through her phone without noticing me. It wasn't until the lady at the other computer (taking calls I believe) turned around and helped me once she was done. I think the other lady should be paying more attention around then her phone.
Any Dental Hygienist that is chosen to aid in your dental care at Meridian Dental will not be the wrong one. Thanks to you all.
