Gentle and friendly. Love the staff!
NO ONE in my family will be patients at the practice anymore. It's a shame there is such poor front end staff stinking up the practice. The dentist and assistant were great but that doesn't make up for being bullied, lied to and having my request for a follow up appointment ignored during checkout. It was absolutely disgraceful. PS, I don't need to hear Kim's loud personal calls about legal problems made on the office phone in front of me.
Staff was friendly and efficient. The dentist (Dr. Reno) explained my condition and answered my questions in detail, although he was busy. I felt I was in excellent hands. I also appreciated having the financial information for my next procedure, ahead of time. Thanks for a professional and comfortable experience.
I cannot fault the dentist at all. In fact He's probably the best I've had since Dr. Bailey. Should I go through so much pain and treatment when I don't know if I'll be alive in three months?

I have gone to this practice for over twenty years, and always was very pleased with the work of the Drs Bailey. I am concerned that getting this crown (my third) was such a problem. My other two crowns were a done in two appt. I really like my hygienist, Bridget, and will keep my appt with her, but I am very unsure if I will continue to go to this practice.
Dr. Trager was very kind, patient, and gentle. He even called us the next day to check on my daughter who had four teeth pulled. I'm glad I decided to have the procedure done at Meridian Dental and Vision.
Staff friendly . Both dental hygienist & dentist took the time to explain what needed to be done & options available to me .
I have been requesting that the practice post proper signs on the wall for the 2 handicapped parking spaces for a long time now. A very long time.
