Outstanding. Couldn’t recommend Alan highly enough. Last year I set myself a marathon PB target. I was delighted to hit that target but, without Alan’s help, I simply wouldn’t have achieved it. 3 years ago, I was involved in an rta, which had left me in a lot of pain due to shoulder, neck and wrist injuries. I had undergone some physio for my shoulder, but I was told that due to my neck, there wasn't much they could do.
