Having been with this doctors surgery for the last 4 years, i have reached the point where i now must find a way to get back to my previous one (park leys practice) who i was with for over 20 years. The reception staff that i have encountered (i believe the name is Jill) is the most arrogant, unhelpful, uncompassionate person i have ever had to deal with, leading me to make a formal complaint to Joanne hope (practise manager) who sent me a large email back detailing my wish to see a specific doctor, could not be accommodated... read more
I cannot daily the surgery , the staff and Doctors have been excellent with me and continue to be .
Never in all my life have I experienced a more unhelpful, rude and uncompassionate reception (except Tracy who has been very helpful in the past) I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot or being talked down to. Generally, when you are in need of the services a Doctor's offers, you do not need the added aggravation of being treated so poorly or made to feel like you are inconveniencing them.
