I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Meresworth, they are excellent and very friendly. I visit my mum everyday and never found anything untoward.
I am most impressed with the staff and what they do for the residents the staff go way beyond what their job entails to make sure the residents are comfortable and feel at home. There is plenty of activities on offer as well as a weekly pub quiz which several residents attend and enjoy. My Mother is a volunteer and spends a lot of time at meresworth playing indoor bowls which residents enjoy, I myself have been a visitor and I have been made very welcome by the staff.
