A pro is all the nurses are nice and are good with pediatric care. Other than that one positive attribute- you can never get an appointment when needed for your child. I'm surprised the BBB hasn't shut down prohealth for the illegal way they attempt to bill patients outside of contractual amounts they have with insurance companies. Good luck trying to resolve the billing issue. You will be speaking to someone in a call center that only answers calls and takes messages to send to "the right person".
