Tuesday I brought my daughter into the ER. They did an X-ray and put an iv into my daughter. The doctor came in and said that my daughter needed to be admitted due to double pneumonia. The ER staff was amazing just like everyone in pediatric floor. Especially Melissa my daughters nurse. Everyone was very professional and very amazing!

I had my 45LB rv drop on my neck and they took my neck brace and said we gotta use that again.. and they didn't give me anything for pain b.c something about hydros ppl getting killed off of them and on the way out the neruse made me trip and now I gotta cut on my foot
Very thankful for the ER Staff(Dr &Nurses) As well as the team in Pediatrics! You guys/gals treated my son with compassion and professionalism! I am forever grateful. As a scared mom, you answered questions and when you couldn't, you'd go find someone who could. Thank you all again, my 9 yr) old is alive and recovering daily because of you all.
Staff at the lab on the second floor were amazing. They make getting blood drawn fun.
I went to CMC yesterday to visit my stepdad, who had surgery in the morning. This was 5:30 pm. I called to find out where he was. Transferred, call disconnected. Had to call again, this time they transferred me to ER. Since it was a scheduled surgery, I knew he had never been in the ER. So comforting to know the hospital didn't know where he was at. The okay rating is that I am hoping the care he received was better than knowing where he was.
Everything was wonderful---except---the very cold temperature in the surgery waiting room---sure glad the staff had blankets available! Maybe the thermostat could have been changed???????
