Came in. The wait is long yes! But so worth it. The nurses, Dr. Glasscock, Paula from radiology were all exceptional and above and beyond what I ever expected. Would I suggest covenant to family and friends absolutely
I had the honor of delivering my baby here last week. I worked with the midwives (Mainly Kim) and I couldn't of dreamed of a better experience. I was constantly supported by the nursing staff along side Kim, Katherine, and Kristie! I absolutely LOVED all of these ladies and I couldn't of made it through without them. They are treasures! And I can tell they love their job <3
Long wait in the ER, but the staff was excellent! My nurses were amazing!
Ridiculous! My doctor sent me 2 the er last night to b admitted for staph infection in my sinuses that is med resistent. I have had it 4 almost a month and 2.diff oral antibiotics plus prednisone. The hospital decides they wont admit me because there isnt an ent on call for covenant over the weekend. So then they r going 2 admit me 4 infectious disease (staph infection)right? Nope they come in and send me home. Btw it took them 3.5 hrs to even start the iv!!!! This is the 2nd time in 2 months that i have felt the e.r. there ... read more
I gave this place a 5 star jan 2017 for how the staff helped me dad his last few day. But this time with my mom is completely different. Judy and Brenda "nurses" were great but everyone else had no clue what was going on. Very poor communication between shifts completely regret not going to Allen. 2 days no shower, 2 days 1 gowned, 2 days same bedding , 2 days poor communication.
No problems with my visit, the staff was great. Thanks
