I went to ER due to my back pain. Waiting time was about hr in waiting room got in send me outside to wait no open room.. finally got in nurse and physician come in she told me she will review my previous CT an will be back.. waited for another hour and half nothing I called them some other nurse come in telling me she will look for my nurse after 45 min no one come in so I walk out ... and they call that Emergency room .. you can die till they decide to come inside the room and provide service never again..

I had a really hard time finding parking. Found one by the women's center then was like a maze to get up to the regular 3rd floor.. thought 3rd floor was 3rd floor. Guess not. Not very user friendly!! GET MORE PARKING

I had to have a scope on my shoulder. The nurse I had was so nice getting me ready for the surgery. Dr Knudson came in beforehand. So far so good. He is a very good physician who is very good at what he does. Thank you Dr for trying to make my shoulder better and may God continue to bless you and your practice.
