I have always gotten wonderful care here. However, I have had countless problems with billing through the hospital. And now to top it off I cannot access any of my old medical records due to their switch in system. As like when I had billing issues I get push around to multiple departments and people having to explain the same thing each time and getting no answers on how to clear up the confusion or even get the correct web address to access data. I had surgey yesterday the surgeon staff were very nice and considerate of me and my needs. The nurses has well were very polite and they explained everything to me when I got there

My Fiancé’s brother had a scheduled counselor appointment and he is schizophrenic. He loved speaking with his old counselor and was doing very well! He was so excited to speak with his new one at mercy one!! This was in a virtual setting and then as soon as they got on the video call she told him, “I don’t work with schizophrenics.” On the call with a schizophrenic and one who is TRIGGERED by being called a schizophrenic.
