I can't express how great the entire Rehab staff is at Covenant. They took such good care of me and my family after my accident. I felt like I was surrounded by family. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who may need these services. Thank you for all the hard work you do daily. You pushed me to be stronger than I ever have been before! On March 14, 2016 I was driving on College St, when a tree from Sartori's property fell on my vehicle. I called the police right away. I showed him the damages to my vehicle. The officer told me to contact Sartori to pay for the damages. The tree caused $5,603.59 in damages. My husband and I have contacted them numerous times. We kept getting transferred from person to person. On April 29 they told my husband their insurance wouldn't pay for damages because they weren't at fault. I was from out of town and went into labor. Covenant was a great place to deliver! My admittance nurse even started after her shift to see the birth. She also encouraged me all through a completely natural birth. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
I have nothing but great things to say about Covenant. I used them for my OB care, ER visits, birth, Primary Care, outpatient procedure, and mental health for the year we lived in Waterloo. The birthing area is just wonderful. I have joked, many times that if I were to have another baby I will drive the two hours from the Quad Cities to have it there because of the wonderful experience I had. Well i have a lot and severe health problems for my age but i try to go there but no buddy will help me cuz they dont want to take me on cuz of my health so yea i suffer in alot of pain and can hardly move and your pain clinic wont see me either i cant help it that i have title 19 i cant help it that i cant work so this hospital say that we can help you but they really dont so it bull
Great nursing care, great doctor, great anesthesiologist. Made surgery , prep and recovery smooth and at times shared some laughs. Thank you.
