Was recieving community care because our insurance is horrible... but how can they calculate overtime now when its not promised...
Last week I requested a patient care survey from you folks. I am wondering just what it is that you do when potentially fatal medications errors take place? When I receive the survey and someone calls our family to make amends of some sort I may change my rating. However, at this point the care you provided is one of the reason there are so many deaths in hospitals. I just want to take time to say Thank You to Caryl - Preadmission testing, My favorite Admit nurse Nicole she was very friendly and took very good care of me. And Nikki RN - Post op nurse she took really good care of me as well. You guys are the best keep up the great work. Thank you again
