Fast Efficient Friendly ...and the most convenient hours ever!
I have been coming to Capital Dental for 12+ years and have had great experiences almost every time I come (only one exception). The last few years I have really come to appreciate the kindness and patience from the staff at this facility through my wisdom teeth removal to deep cleanings that I was so nervous about having done. I called the day of my appointment and I was able to get in earlier which was perfect for me since I live 2 1/2 hours away. The service provided was excellent and a good value. I will continue to come to Capital Dental for my Dental needs.
I lost a filling 4 days ago and I stopped in today to fix it. I didnt have an appointment so I was very thankful that I was able to slip into the schedule. The repair was completed by Dr. Casteen and Carrie. It was painless and tonight I feel like they took care of me like they would for a member of their family. Thank you for opening your doors on a Sunday.
I’m writing this review for my daughter but I have been going to Capital Dental for a few years already and I love it! They are extremely patient with my not so patient 2 and a half year old. I love everyone there!
I am very pleased with Capital Dental. My previous dentist wanted me to wait 10 days for an appointment to get a hurting split tooth extracted. Dr. Casteen pulled it within a few hours of my call for help. I believe my dental work at Capital Dental Group has been top quality and the employees are very kind,courteous and explain the recommended treatments well.
I have had a very positive experience throughout my treatments at Capital Dental. Dr. Wilson is a great dentist who always makes you feel at ease and really takes the time to explain the procedure that is being done. The ortho dept. is very knowledgeable and familiar with your specific plan. I love that they know me by name, which always makes me feel very welcomed. I love Dr. Canteen and his staff. This office is well run from the parking lot to the process for.making appointments. I recommend this dentist and office wo reservations.
